Students are taught in small groups with a high teacher:student ratio.
Following the UK National Curriculum for England and Wales and using a 'stage not age' approach to teaching, study@hkila offers truly personalised learning for all students.
We offer both full and part-time provision.
Our TailorEd classrooms offer supplementary speech and occupational therapies scheduled into individual timetables.
Students can also immerse themselves in our Snoezelen room, a multi-sensory environment combining lighting effects, aromas, colours, textures and sounds to aid stimulation of the olfactory, auditory and gustatory systems.
Students can sign up to any number of curriculum subjects and submit their work online for marking, monitoring and assessment by qualified teachers.
An ideal option for home-schooled students or those looking for some additional support throughout the longer school holidays during the year.
Our learning has an emphasis on fun and hands on learning and is delivered in an engaging and dynamic learning environment. Our classes are all aligned with the UK National Curriculum objectives and delivered by highly qualified and registered teaching staff.

He has gone from the frightened child that had frequent emotional outbursts from the idea of school, to an outspoken, enthusiastic child excited to go to school every day. We are forever grateful for the love that they have for our son and for the constant support that they have given.
